Yasmin Saudi, ACSW

I believe that healing can come from having safe, unconditional support while doing deep and meaningful self-exploration. Centering my client’s unique personal and cultural life experiences, my approach is relational and focuses on the importance of developing positive relationships and a trust in one’s self. As a companion on your inner journey towards greater self understanding and esteem, I strive to cultivate a nonjudgmental, warm, and trusting environment that allows us to build on your resilience and empower you to make changes from a place of authenticity. I am particularly interested in working with young adults seeking support as they navigate anxiety, imposter syndrome, trauma, PTSD, depression, and grief. Outside of session, you can find me hiking, climbing, doing yoga, or making art!
