I was a client long before I became a therapist, and while my childhood led me to the couch, it also planted in me an unwavering passion to help anyone that has ever felt like me. Because learning the shame wasn't mine to carry and that I didn't have to be alone with it was life-changing – the stuff therapy dreams are literally made of. If I'm not wrangling my kids, geeking out on a therapy podcast, or nose down in a good book then it's likely you'll find me in search of L.A.’s finest Huevos Rancheros.
