I have always been passionate about normalizing mental health and reducing the stigma of seeking support. I live and work from the belief that humans are just not meant to endure difficult times alone. Creating a safe and welcoming environment, I make space for my clients to openly share their thoughts and feelings about their difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and difficulties in communication. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy and a variety of tailored interventions I meet my clients where they are and empower them along their therapeutic journey. When I’m not working, I devour fiction, and love going to the beach, hiking, playing board games, and spending time with my dog, Rummi.
