I want all therapy seekers, especially those coming for the first time, to feel at ease and accepted. I bring warmth, compassion, and patience to our work as we focus on developing insight, self-acceptance, and the empowerment to rewrite your story and step closer to the life you desire. I’m particularly drawn to working with entertainment professionals, perfectionists, people pleasers, and highly sensitive individuals. I believe laughter is healing, so we’ll embrace those light-hearted moments along the way as we navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, kindness, and a healthy dose of humor. Outside of session, I’m often catching the newest movie release, on the hunt for LA’s tastiest cheeseburger, or tuned into the latest Armchair Expert episode.
