I am deeply passionate about mental health and believe in both the power and beauty of supportive relationships. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the connection between mind and body to support emotional healing and growth. As a registered yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, I also integrate movement and mindfulness as tools to foster self-awareness and mental well-being. My hope is to help my clients build positive connections with themselves and others through an embodied understanding of compassion and self-love. When I’m not in the office, you can find me teaching movement, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying a slow morning with coffee or matcha, going to the beach, or spending time outdoors.
