My goal in therapy is to create a nurturing, secure environment where you can work through the myriad stressors of daily life and tap into your inner resources so you can feel present, resilient, and joyful. As for me, I like to cultivate a balanced life by spending quality time with friends and family, cuddling with my puppy Maple, and seeking new adventures through travel.
