I understand how heavy it all can feel being human and how difficult it can be to maintain the status quo. One of the best things you can do for yourself is seek support. You don’t have to do it alone. With a holistic, strengths-based approach, I provide a safe space to learn how to reduce symptoms, gain perspective, and grow in your emotional journey. Outside of session, I love reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and loving up on my ridiculously adorable furbaby.
