I became a therapist because I’m super passionate about brain health and want to help end the stigma on mental health. It’s an honor to provide a safe place where people can be accepted for who and where they are, uncover their traumas, and be empowered to make self-affirming changes. I’m also a big fan of fun, beach days, all things foodie, and making the best Spotify playlists for my friends.
