Ava McEachern, AMFT

When navigating the challenges of the human experience, it’s only natural to have moments of overwhelm, stress and doubt. I am passionate about walking alongside my clients through the ups and downs of life by creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for our sessions. Using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I help my clients reconnect with the most authentic versions of themselves to develop a deeper understanding and trust of self. When I’m not in session, I love being outside in nature, reading a good book, finishing a new puzzle, or spending quality time with my rascal of a dog.
