Caroline McDonough, LMFT

My own personal experience in therapy motivated me to become a therapist. I deeply believe in the healing power of a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach that makes space for allowing emotional vulnerability and processing difficult feelings. I am particularly drawn to working with people who struggle with perfectionism, feelings of not being good enough, grief, ambiguous loss, and career shifts. My goal is to empower and support my clients so they feel less alone as they tap into their inner resources, make meaningful changes in their lives, and develop the self confidence that comes from being aligned with their authentic selves. Outside work, you can find me exploring the streets and parks of LA with my furry companion, Rocky.
