I believe that every single person has an innate capacity for growth and healing and can benefit from therapy. I view our work together as a collaborative journey in which you are the expert of your own life, and I serve as a supportive guide helping to address the wobbles and woes that show up as stress, anxiety, or a general sense of unease. Walking alongside my clients as they navigate life transitions and personal obstacles, I hope to help my clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and a more balanced life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my friends, picnicking, painting, and traveling.
