Jamie Rudden, AMFT

In my experience, people seek change when they are not fully aligned with the person they want to be. I work with my clients to identify these misalignments, learn how to empathize with how they came to be, and find strategies for letting go of the things that no longer serve them in order to find a sense of self they can feel proud of. Change happens through new experiences, within relationships, and within ourselves. I strive to cultivate a safe space where couples, new parents, and queer folks can move towards the positive changes that affirm their sense of self and power. Outside of work, you might find me taking in a sunset, making crepes, perusing a thrift store, learning new recipes, or listening to audio books.
