Juliette Portnoy, ASW

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the course of my life and work, it’s that perspective really is everything. Our inner worlds and experiences can be incredibly complex. I consider it my job as a therapist to provide a powerful mirror and gentle sounding board for examining identity, utilizing internal resources, finding purpose, developing positive coping skills, cultivating a strong growth mindset, and building healthy relationships. I bring a hopeful and integrative approach to my work with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds on their emotional and familial challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, self esteem, parenting, and more. When I’m not in session, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family and my dog Pickles, appreciating art, and practicing yoga.
