I come to each session with energy, passion, and an eagerness to learn more about my clients. Having worked with diverse communities, I enjoy helping adults, couples, and families find new and unique ways to make connections between their thoughts, behaviors, responses, patterns, and sticking points. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I offer gentle support in a calm and supportive space as they interrupt and break down negative cycles, make their problems more manageable, improve how they feel, and become empowered to develop more meaning and purpose in their lives. Outside of session, I am a wife and cat mom who loves being outdoors and reading all types of novels.
