Rebecca Rangel, AMFT

It takes courage to start the journey of therapy, and I am honored to share this walk with you. I aim to create a space for all to be seen and all voices to be heard. I find it a privilege to offer a warm, nonjudgmental, safe environment for those who feel ready to share their stories. I care about socio-cultural attunement, considering all aspects of one’s life and how they play a role in daily functioning. I strive to help my clients deepen their self-awareness and understanding of their emotions so they gain a better sense of their responses and reactions, and how to move towards more self-acceptance and more fulfilling relationships with self and others. When I’m not in session, I enjoy quality time with my partner, playing a board game, or catching an episode of the latest drama streaming series.
