Nicole Pascavis, LMFT

Taking the time to discover how we really think and feel can be one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves in this life. A great supporter of the idea of slowing down to speed things back up again more effortlessly, I believe that therapy should happen in conjunction and collaboration with life – not outside of it. Always striving to help my clients experience more wholeness, I provide support as they reconcile and explore inner conflicts, tension, and the fragmentation that we all tend to feel from time to time. I hope to help you move forward with more confidence, stability, and connection to your true values in life and relationships. Before becoming a therapist, I had a high-performing corporate career and lived and traveled around the globe. I love using the deep wisdom gained through my own trials and tribulations to help others ease their journeys. I specialize in eclectic, psychodynamically-informed therapy, as well as working with couples, children, and families.
